Influenced by home town heroes Stretch Armstrong, Mark Ronson, Mel Debarge, and DJ Cassidy. Nick has perfected blending multiple music genres to create high energy sets that keep the dance floor packed. He was just 14 years old when realized what he wanted to do in life. And it came to him after being kicked out of a party for being underage to witness the legendary Kid Capri rock one of his famed hiphop nights at a skating rink in New Jersey. Fast forward through the evolution of Nick's deejay career, from house parties to school dances, college radio and nightclubs, his talent and undeniable passion for deejaying did not go unnoticed. One summer, Nick began interning for SKAM Artist, DJ Reach, where he learned all aspects of music and nightlife marketing. As he continued to pay dues, Reach took him under his wing as his protégé. Nick was able to quickly establish a name of his own, rising among the list of downtown open format deejays in Manhattan's club scene. In less than a year, he secured weekly residencies at some of the Meatpacking District’s swankiest venues, including Kiss & Fly, RdV, The Griffin, and Tenjune, as well as frequent appearances at hot spots, 1OAK, Avenue, Marquee, SL, Highline Ballroom, Hudson Hotel, and The Anchor in Soho. He has also opened for live performances by artists' Flo-Rida, Dev, Rev Run, Wale, Big Sean, Tyga, ASAP Rocky, ASAP Ferg, Miguel, Lloyd, Talib Kweli, Slick Rick, and ?uestlove of The Roots. In the Fall of 2012, Nick hit the road with celebrity famed DJ Cassidy on his DJs For Obama tour throughout the US, making stops at the Democratic National Convention in support of President Obama's campaign. Later that year, he re-joined Cassidy on The Legends of Summer Tour, featuring Justin Timberlake and Jay Z. With his deep knowledge of music, ear for perfect rhythms, and impulsive crowd reading skills, Nick keeps a room full of party rockers, big spenders, and trendsetters simultaneously moving to his soundtrack without skipping a beat. He is continuously ascending himself to new heights, as one of the most talented and upcoming deejays to watch in New York City.
