DJ, television personality, and blogger, JaKissa Taylor-Semple, is better known to fans as DJ KISS. Awarded a “2012 Personal Style Award” by Elle Magazine and named one of the “25 Most Stylish New Yorkers” by Us Weekly Magazine, DJ Kiss has been called “one of the fashion world’s most sought after DJs” by the New York Times. DJ Kiss has spun private parties for the some of the world’s biggest celebrities, headlined at world’s most exclusive clubs, and added her signature sound to the hottest fashion, music, corporate, and charity events. Her diverse client list includes Alexander Wang, Tiffany & Co., Herve Ledger/BCBG, Coach, Prada, Louis Vuitton, The New York Knicks, Diane von Furstenberg, Billboard, Grey Goose, MTV, Comedy Central, New Yorkers for Children, US Weekly, and the NFL. A fixture on the nightlife scene, Kiss is currently a resident at NYC hotspots Avenue and Mister H, and mur.mur at the Borgota in Atlantic City. Kiss also regularly deejays in cities abroad including Paris, Milan, Zurich, London, Athens, St. Tropez, Istanbul, Barcelona, Mexico City, and Oslo. DJ Kiss is frequently tapped by media outlets for her vast knowledge of music and pop culture and regularly appears on ABC’s “Good Morning America” and VH1’s “Big Morning Buzz Live”. She was the resident DJ on MTV’s “The Seven” and appeared on NBC’s “The Today Show” giving host Hoda Kotb, a deejay lesson. She is currently featured in the NFL Women’s Apparel ad campaign. When not behind the decks rocking crowds, Kiss makes time to blog about fashion on her personal style blog, ‘XOXO, Kiss’. She also spends time with her husband, DJ M.O.S., with whom she loves to cook and travel.
